Job summary

Santander Bank is seeking a UX & UI Design manager to lead the creation of intuitive, highly usable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver polished visual design work and interactive prototypes that align with design systems, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in UX research, product discovery, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and experience design.
• Ability to conduct customer research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable product and design recommendations.
• Experience leading end-to-end UX activities from discovery to delivery.
• Experience creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for complex digital products.
• Hands-on usability testing and accessibility reviews with evidence-based design practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX Designers to translate research findings into polished visual designs.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, screen designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile using Figma.
• Apply and maintain design system standards for consistency across products and teams.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop reusable UI components, patterns, templates, and design system documentation.
