Job summary

Santander is seeking a UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling experiences across web and mobile. You will collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and engineers to translate research, flows, and wireframes into polished visual designs and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems and WCAG accessibility.

You will develop high‑fidelity designs, maintain components, and ensure consistency across products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Visual/Digital Design, UX or related field.
5–7 years of professional UX/UI experience in digital products.
Experience with accessibility and WCAG compliance.
Experience leading end-to-end UX activities from discovery to delivery.
Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems.

Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity mockups, screen designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
Apply and maintain design system standards across products.
Design responsive UIs across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions.
Participate in usability testing, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
