Qualifications

• 3-5 years of agency experience in UX strategy, UX design, content strategy, digital strategy, user research, or related field.
• Experience contributing to website redesigns or other complex digital projects from discovery through design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience creating UX deliverables such as sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, content strategies/outlines, research findings or strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery activities: stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitive research, analytics review, audience research.
• Translate goals, audience needs, and insights into clear UX strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Develop UX deliverables: information architecture, sitemaps, user journeys, page strategies, content outlines, wireframes.
• Plan and facilitate user research and usability testing; use findings to improve experiences.
• Partner with design, content, SEO, analytics, development, and PM teams throughout the website lifecycle.
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to clients, explaining rationale clearly.

We're looking for a UX Strategist to join our UX Strategy & Design team and help shape thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences for our clients.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, research, content, design, and technology. You'll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to understand audience needs, uncover opportunities, define digital experience strategies, and translate those insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in UX strategy and brings an additional area of expertise to the team, whether that's content strategy, visual or interaction design, user research and testing, personalization, or conversion optimization.

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in, and based on experience lead, discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitive research, analytics review, and audience research.
• Translate business goals, audience needs, and research insights into clear UX strategies and actionable recommendations
• Develop UX deliverables such as information architecture, sitemaps, user journeys, page strategies, content outlines, and wireframes
• Plan and facilitate user research and usability testing, using findings analytics, and behavioral insights to improve digital experiences
• Partner with design, content, SEO, analytics, development, and project management teams throughout the website lifecycle
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to clients, clearly communicating the rationale behind your approach

Required experience

• 3-5 years of agency experience in UX strategy, UX design, content strategy, digital strategy, user research, or a related field
• Experience contributing to website redesigns or other complex digital experience projects from discovery through design and implementation
• Hands on experience creating UX deliverables such as sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, content strategies/outlines, research findings, or strategic recommendations
• Strong ability to synthesize research, analytics, business goals, and user needs into clear recommendations
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, including facilitating conversations and presenting recommendations
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in UX, design, communications, marketing, psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving, and contributions to digital experiences

Preferred Experience

• Experience with content strategy or interaction design; usability testing/user research; personalization, A/B testing or CRO; GA4, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools; and agency/consulting environments
