Job summary

User Research International in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a UX Researcher to support foundational user research, synthesize findings, and communicate insights that inform product and design decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify user needs, evaluate product experiences, and help create intuitive, accessible, and valuable solutions. This is an on-site role with compensation in the $36-50/hr range.

Qualifications

• Based in the Pittsburgh, PA area and onsite.
• Able to troubleshoot basic hardware for on-site sessions.
• Comfort with long on-site research sessions and walking.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative UX research studies.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies, and other research activities under guidance.

• Help ensure research practices follow ethical, privacy, and accessibility standards.
