Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a UX researcher to translate real user experiences into training data and actionable design guidance for AI systems. The role involves conducting remote and in-person studies, running usability tests, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.

The candidate will collaborate with UX/UI designers and produce reports, personas, and journey maps to inform product improvements while adhering to accessibility standards. This is a remote contract for United States locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in UX research, user research, usability testing, and UX/UI design.
• Experience designing and conducting both remote and in-person user research studies.
• Strong analytical ability, including translating complex data into meaningful recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of current UX tools, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage varied research assignments in a distributed setting, collaborate across disciplines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement for candidates located in the United States.

Compensation

$30 to $90 per hour.
