6sense is seeking a UX Researcher II to help shape AI-driven tools for B2B marketing and sales. You will coach partners, triage requests by risk, and run focused studies with product managers, designers, and engineers in fast sprint cycles.

You will craft clear stories from findings, adapt methods as tools evolve, and maintain rigorous evidence-based decisions while working with a distributed team across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX research experience in a product development environment.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills with ability to tell a clear, data-driven story.
• Proven collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Experience with usability, mixed methods, and data analysis.
• Experience using AI tools in research and guarding against hallucinations.

Responsibilities

• Qualitatively and quantitatively study user needs to deliver actionable insights.
• Design studies that balance rigor and efficiency.
• Produce clear, concise, and compelling research reports.
• Guide partners to conduct their own user research and share best practices.
• Help stand up measurement programs like NPS and support operations.
