This hybrid/remote-eligible role focuses on turning user insight into clear design directions for complex technical products used in defense, aerospace, and commercial settings.

The position emphasizes plans for user research, synthesis into personas and journey maps, and close collaboration with engineering and data science

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or related field.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Ability to communicate research insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or Dovetail.
• Bonus: experience with complex data or enterprise tools, or in defense/aerospace domains.
