Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a UX Researcher to build deep understanding of users—members, providers, agents, and employer groups—and to inform better experiences in health insurance.

You will plan and conduct studies using quantitative and qualitative methods, collaborate with product teams, and create UX personas while maintaining a research repository to share insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience with a wide variety of research methodologies.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as UserZoom / UserTesting / Maze.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM environment.
• 3+ years of experience in related field or 5+ years without degree.
