Websphere Hub in the United States is seeking a Junior UX Researcher to act as the behavioral voice of our global user base. You will conduct dense quantitative and qualitative friction studies that influence product trajectories and usability insights that shape next-generation UI/UX.

You will work with frontend product and design squads, translating research into concrete recommendations and deep psychological insights.
