Job summary

Love's Travel Stops invites students to join its Experience Design team for a summer UX Research internship in Oklahoma City. You will work on research for an in-house mobile app, learning methodologies from researchers and presenting results to stakeholders.

This hybrid internship requires on-site presence in Oklahoma City and provides exposure to usability testing, interviews, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a four-year university, sophomore or higher, pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn technologies, strategies and research techniques used by Love's Experience Design team.
• Assist with research including usability testing, interviews and eye tracking.
• Develop research plans, guides and study setup.
• Analyze data, report results and present to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as needed.
