Job summary

Google seeks a Master’s student to join the User Experience internship in the United States. You will design and conduct research across usability studies and surveys, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product decisions.

Applicants must be enrolled in a US-based program, available full-time for 12 weeks, and located in the United States for the duration of the internship. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with research design using usability studies, contextual inquiries, surveys, and related methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct independent research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Communicate research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered decisions.
• Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmarks, server logs, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure data-driven, user-centric decisions.
