The role focuses on self-service UX research, test methodologies, recruitment, and running sessions in a fast-growing robotics startup. Internship spans 3–6 months, on-site in Burlington, MA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate with relevant degrees in psychology, behavioral fields, or analytics.
• Interest in consumer behavior, experimentation, product research, or UX research.
• Experience designing surveys or interviews through coursework or internships.
• Ability to work with data and apply statistical thinking.
• Familiarity with analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, R, Python, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute consumer research studies focused on self-service user experiences.
• Develop test methodologies and experimental frameworks to answer product questions.
• Recruit, organize, and moderate user interview groups and usability sessions.
• Plan and coordinate testing logistics for ManiLab consumer testing environment.
• Lead day-of testing activities and ensure high-quality data collection.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from interviews, surveys, and usage data.
• Analyze findings with statistics to identify trends and insights.
• Build reports and presentations for Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Prioritize experiments with cross-functional teams and measure impact.
• Help establish best practices for experimentation and user research as testing scales.
