UX Research Intern

Job description

We are seeking a curious and analytical UX Research Intern to help shape the future of our product. In this role, you will perform deep-dive competitor analysis on specific features, study user behaviors, and map out user journeys. Your findings and research will directly support our product and AI teams in making data-driven design and feature decisions.

Requirements

• Familiar with using LLM and AI tools to help analyze research and summarize findings
• Research and analyze competitor features, user flows, and product designs
• Map out simple, clear user journeys to help identify friction points.
• Present research findings and basic insights to the product team.
• Keep up with basic UX/UI best practices and emerging design trends.
• Official internship certificate from Ryplaced upon successful completion.
