Dearborn, MI-based FastTek Global is seeking an execution-focused User Experience Designer to partner with researchers in moving customer insights forward. The role emphasizes reliable follow-through, strong organization, and clear communication to support qualitative work and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate research activities, review evidence, and help translate findings into actionable summaries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate research activities including recruiting, scheduling, and session setup.
Review existing research and share concise findings and implications.
Support research sessions through preparation, note-taking, observation, and reporting.
Manage multiple tasks or workstreams with visible priorities and capacity.
Keep learning from projects in reusable guides, templates, and checklists.
Explore and document new tools/workflows, including AI-assisted approaches, with care for output quality.
