What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for UX design and strategy engagements

- Act as a primary client liaison, attending meetings and managing incoming requests
- Monitor project scope and track budget burndown, proactively managing risks
- Draft and distribute weekly status updates, including reports and summaries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare, scientific research, or health tech industries
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including design and strategy
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of translating between client and internal teams
- Experience interfacing with external clients and senior stakeholders
