Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate UX/Design program.
• Demonstrated interest in user experience design and digital experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and test digital experiences for the company's audiences.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and Design Leads on usability reviews and user testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design documentation using Figma.
• Support the design and delivery of new digital experiences including websites, secure platforms, and mobile apps.
• Partner with designers, product owners, and tech teams to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user testing activities.
• Contribute to end-to-end design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, and visual design.
• Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality.
