Role Summary
The Senior UX Producer is a strategic UX Operations partner responsible for enabling cross-cutting CX initiatives and accelerating the effectiveness of UX discovery and delivery across the Personal Wealth CXD, Advice and Wealth Digital, and Workplace Solutions’ Participant Experience. This role brings operational rigor, structure, and visibility to complex work that spans teams, portfolios, and business priorities.
Requiring a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, this role applies standardized project management methodologies—including formal project integration, scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management—to align Product & UX leaders, IT/engineering partners, and business stakeholders. Through delivery leadership, structured change management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the Senior UX Producer leads high-impact initiatives from initiation through closure to scale the impact of UX across the organization.
About UX Producers
UX Producers serve as design project managers and operational leaders who enable UX teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and consistently. They facilitate collaboration, remove barriers to delivery, strengthen operational systems, and promote adoption of standards and practices that improve UX effectiveness at scale.
UX Producers support initiatives and teams by
- Expediting priority initiatives for UX discovery and delivery workstreams
- Improving visibility into dependencies, risks, priorities, and outcomes
- Supporting adoption of UX capabilities, tools, workflows and structures (ex. UX in POS/JIRA, C11n adoption, AEM adoption, GenAI in UX, UX standards & practices)
- Facilitating change management and communications
- Building repeatable systems and practices that scale across the UX org
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite priority UX discovery and delivery initiatives
- Facilitate UX initiation, planning, execution, and closure activities for high-priority initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated UX delivery plans that align priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Create UX dependency maps that identify delivery, timing, resource, and outcome risks.Monitor progress across UX workstreams and proactively address blockers.
- Partner with business and UX leaders to align priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and support effective decision-making.
- Provide visibility into delivery health through status reporting, planning artifacts, and risk-management practices.
- Lead change management and communications
- Develop and execute communication supporting their aligned UX initiative(s)
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify and report on UX and CX impact measures.
- Create portfolio-level updates, executive-ready summaries, and ongoing UX memos
- Ensure stakeholders have clarity regarding progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
- Support adoption of new tools, workflows, standards, and operating practices.
- Accelerate CX cross-cutting work models, UX capabilities, and operational excellence
- Support and scale UX capabilities, including UX workflow adoption, standards, practices, and platform enablement.
- Produce resource and capacity assessments using team data and operational reporting sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements that reduce friction and increase team effectiveness.
- Integrates C11n design system into team workflows to co-create the enterprise design system and build for reusability.
- Explore emerging approaches, including AI-enabled workflows, lean practices, and operational innovation opportunities.
- Build and Scale UX Producer Standards and Practices
- Contribute to and evolve shared UX Producer frameworks, templates, and operating standards.
- Promote a build-once, scale-many approach to operational solutions.
- Capture and share reusable practices, lessons learned, and implementation guidance across teams and to non-Ops UX Leads
- Contribute to the onboarding, development, and success of other UX Producers.
- Strengthen consistency in delivery practices across initiatives and portfolios.
