Responsibilities

• Researching user needs, product requirements, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Conducting field research of users and products, including on-site observation, interviews, and task analysis.
• Creating prototypes to design, test, and help develop new experiences.
• Collaborating with designers and Crown departments to bring ideas to life.
• Creating visual documentation to support software and Design System development.
