Job summary

EchoStar Corporation seeks a user experience tester for front-end applications supporting field agents and technicians. You will design and maintain test cases aligned to business and IT requirements, ensuring monthly deployments meet operational needs while enhancing end-user navigation.

You will collaborate with product, IT, marketing, and sales to align delivery with department goals, communicate changes clearly, and apply AI tools to streamline testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of UX testing with front-end apps or related ops experience.
• Experience with: Front-end testing frameworks, test case development, requirement traceability, defect tracking and cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases from business and IT requirements for monthly deployments.
• Evaluate requirements to optimize end-user experience and navigation.
• Partner with marketing, sales, product and IT to align delivery with departmental goals.
• Communicate system changes and fixes in non-technical terms to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to improve testing workflows and execution.
• Ensure updates deliver measurable value without disrupting operations.
