Qualificações

• Background in software development or related hands-on experience.
• 2+ years in software QA, testing, or app support.
• Experience testing web and mobile apps or automated workflows.
• Proficient with webhooks, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven use of Claude or similar AI tools in a professional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing and support automated testing to identify bugs and edge cases.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with team leads.
• Test and monitor webhooks/integrations between platforms (GoHighLevel, Make, monday.com, Claude, Jotform).
• Evaluate apps from user perspective and suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Utilize Claude and AI tools to streamline test case creation and documentation.
• Implement updates with regression testing to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate to ensure proper documentation before rollout.
• Maintain testing checklists and release notes for repeatable rollouts.
• Understand front-end/back-end concepts, APIs, and data flows.
• Verify AI-generated output for accuracy and relevance.
• Troubleshoot payloads and failed integrations in webhooks.
• Adhere to manual/automated testing methods and regression testing.
• Apply strong UI/UX principles prioritizing accessibility and usability.
• Demonstrate analytical problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple testing projects and meet deadlines.
• Construction/electrical/trade-industry exposure is a plus.
