Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing and developing digital products.
• Experience building responsive, customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience building reusable UI components and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs using Figma.
• Build and maintain responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based integrations.
• Partner with Partnership Success Teams to support ongoing client initiatives and digital enhancements.
• Provide both design and development support for global partner implementations.
• Take ownership of development efforts related to the continued overhaul and enhancement of a B2C platform.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support the rollout of digital experiences into new markets as the business expands.
• Contribute to design system standards, reusable components, accessibility best practices, and overall user experience consistency.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities while adapting to evolving business needs.

Insight Global is seeking a UX Engineer who can seamlessly bridge design and development. This is a true hybrid role for someone who enjoys creating user experiences in Figma and bringing them to life through front-end development.

This individual will support both Partnership Success Teams and B2C digital initiatives, helping deliver customer-facing web and mobile experiences while partnering with global teams on new partner implementations and digital expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can shift frequently. They should be equally confident discussing user experience strategy, creating designs, and writing production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs using Figma.
• Build and maintain responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based integrations.
• Partner with Partnership Success Teams to support ongoing client initiatives and digital enhancements.

Pay rate: 30 - 40/hr based on experience
