Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered experiences for internal and customer-facing apps. You will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to conduct user research, define information architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, and build design systems aligned with modern web standards.

The role requires experience with Agile teams, React/Material UI environments, and translating complex business needs into intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of information architecture and wireframing.
• Experience with React/Material UI environments.
• Strong collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Agile / Scrum product teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience working with AI-assisted prototyping or AI-enabled product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.

Insight Global is seeking a UX/UI Designer to help design intuitive, user-centered experiences for internal and customer-facing applications. This individual will partner closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to conduct user research, define information architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, build design systems, and deliver high-quality experiences that align with modern web application standards. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Agile software teams, working within React/Material UI environments, and translating complex business needs into simple, effective user experiences. Pay Rate- $30-40/hour.
