Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. 5+ years proven experience as a UX Director or in a similar leadership role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and innovative solutions.
3. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide design teams.
6. Strategic thinking and the capacity to translate user insights into impactful design strategies.
7. Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
