American IT Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking a UX Developer to design intuitive online banking experiences, including onboarding, dashboards and payments. You will own the design system, prototype in Figma, and collaborate with product and engineering.

The role requires a portfolio with major banks and strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and accessibility. This is an onsite position with F2F interviews as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with major banks demonstrating digital banking UX.
• Strong hands-on Figma skills: components, prototyping and design systems.
• Ability to simplify complex banking workflows into intuitive customer experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and design presentation skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1 AA.
