Job summary

American IT Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking a UX Developer to design intuitive online banking experiences, including onboarding, dashboards and payments. You will own the design system, prototype in Figma, and collaborate with product and engineering.

Role:- UX Developer

Location:- Dallas,TX(Onsite role)

Note:- UX designer with experience in creating digital experience for online banking. Must have portfolio with major banks

Detailed JD

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including components, prototyping and design systems. Digital-banking case studies commonly demonstrate Figma-based wireframes, interactive prototypes and component-driven design.
• Strong knowledge of User Research, User Flows, Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, Wireframing and Prototyping.
• Experience designing banking journeys such as onboarding, authentication, account dashboards, payments/transfers, cards and transaction history.
• Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile-first design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Ability to simplify complex banking workflows into intuitive customer experiences.
• Strong skills in usability testing, design validation and incorporating user feedback.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and design presentation skills.
• Understanding of UX considerations for secure and regulated financial products.
