Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences for PeopleSoft HCM. You will conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

The role involves designing Fluid UI experiences, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on UX design and user research experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable design opportunities.
• Design and improve PeopleSoft HCM experiences using Fluid UI concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction specs communicated clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, testers, and stakeholders.
