Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of hands‑on UX design, user research, interaction design, or human-centered design experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
• Demonstrated experience conducting interviews, observation, usability testing, task analysis, research synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research into personas, journey maps, task flows, and usability findings.
• Design and improve PeopleSoft HCM experiences using Fluid UI concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft developers, analysts, product owners, testers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate pages/workflows for usability and accessibility; propose improvements.
