V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a UX Designer II (100% Remote) for our premier client.

Education And Experience »

• Strong Figma skills, this is the main tool we use.
• Stronger in UX than UI Design – not so much a Visual design role.
• Agile background is beneficial.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Responsive design experience is ideal.
• Looking for experience designing for internal teams as opposed to just external facing experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or product team.
• Experience leading development of comprehensive and versatile digital design systems.
• Significant experience in iconography, symbol design, and data visualization.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »

• Expert typesetting and typographic design skills.
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform web/mobile usability standards and UI specifications.
• Skilled in taking a project from exploratory and conceptual version, through to final production assets.
• Proven ability to multi-task and execute against multiple projects running in parallel paths.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters and business stakeholders for successful marketing related launches.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• UX Designer for a project to collapse performance management and engagement platforms into a single unified experience.
• Need someone who can work with an internal team and bring that design and experience to an external vendor to help build the platform.
• This is Tool platform development internally, not flashy web designs.
• Will take some designs and work with content strategist and research teams to create the experience of the future platform.
• This is more TOOL work, not flash design of websites – this is Employee to Employee experience. We serve the entire comcast population.
• Large Team, lot of opportunities to work on many different things.
