Overview:

The role of a User Experience Designer is to envision how users experience our products and bring that vision to life. You will transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs for our global clients. The UX Designer demonstrates leadership in bringing products to market, focusing on product design and the End-to-End Client Experience. You will advocate for users while balancing business and technical needs, collaborating closely with design, technical, and business leaders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define the user interface for new and existing products and features.
  2. Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  3. Assess product usability and suggest improvements.
  4. Plan and estimate work.
  5. Validate development work to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  6. Conduct and synthesize user research.
  7. Contribute to the Design System.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Design, HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Portfolio of past design work.
  • Knowledge of a business or domain area.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma, XD, Axure, or Sketch.
  • Experience with user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze results.
  • Basic analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Web application design experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX principles.
  • Strong soft skills: curiosity, collaboration, communication, organization, adaptability.
