Job summary

NuAxis seeks a UX/UI Expert to design intuitive, accessible interfaces and build components for our digital government solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create workflows, prototypes, and style guides that deliver exceptional user experiences.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, proficiency with major design tools, and a strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, accessible design across frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design and development experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of API integration workflows to inform design decisions.
• Design for accessibility (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand needs and pain points.
• Design responsive interfaces prioritizing usability and accessibility.
• Develop wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure WCAG/508 accessibility compliance across designs.
• Create and maintain style guides and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate designs into React/Angular/Vue.
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay current on design trends and technologies.
