Job summary

Intrinsic, a modern software development company, seeks a skilled UX Designer to build new products and exceed customer expectations. Employment is contingent upon contract award and involves collaborating with the Product Director, CTO, and Scrum Master to deliver on time.

You will drive user-centered design across features, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces within Agile teams, aiming to bring products to emerging markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience on a diverse software development team.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity front-end designs for intuitive user interaction.
• 1+ years of experience with industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Miro.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaborations between development and business teams to draft, prototype, and realize design solutions.
• Participate in team agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Work closely with product leadership to assure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Translate user feedback into design features and solutions.
• Build high-quality product features that meet client expectations.
• Design, build, and push a new product to an emerging marketspace.
