Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a UX Designer to lead with curiosity, turning ambiguous problems into usable experiences across enterprise recruiter and candidate platforms. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and UX researchers to deliver coherent, accessible design systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of UX experience, a Design or HCI degree, strong interaction design and information architecture skills, and proficiency in Figma; experience with enterprise platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX experience with a portfolio showing problem solving depth, not just visual output.
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical UX design experience.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive/web application design.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply UX research and data to design decisions.
• Experience working within fast-paced product development environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Comfortable working autonomously while knowing when to pull others in.
• Experience with enterprise platform design strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience design for features and clearly defined workstreams.
• Create experiences that emphasize usability, clarity, accessibility, consistency, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX Research, and other partners to understand user needs and requirements.
• Identify user pain points, workflow problems, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply research findings, analytics, stakeholder input, and user feedback into design decisions.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; document supporting materials.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, research findings, and constraints.
• Apply design-system components, patterns, standards, and guidelines.
• Facilitate research questions and sessions with UX Researchers when needed.
• Support design handoff with documentation and implementation review.
