We’re seeking a curious UX designer who conducts real customer discovery, runs studies, and translates insights into actionable design decisions.

You’ll prototype in code with AI tools and contribute to our design system for consistent public sector products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing digital products; enterprise/SaaS experience preferred.
• Hands-on UX research: planned studies, interviews, usability tests, and design decisions.
• Portfolio/case studies showing research-informed design decisions.
