Corpay is seeking a UX Designer to join our Corporate Payments division. You’ll shape the next generation of digital experiences for our Payables ecosystem, from complex web apps to admin tools and end‑user payment tasks.

This hands‑on role emphasizes turning complexity into clarity, moving ideas from sketch to prototype to shipped experience, and collaborating with Product, Research, Design, and Engineering to test, iterate, and raise quality while maintaining momentum.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX, product, or interaction design experience.
• A portfolio showing interaction design, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience designing complex web apps, admin platforms, or consumer apps.
• Experience working with agile teams.
• Ability to move from rough concepts to implementations.
• Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end interfaces and workflows across Payables product ecosystem.
• Create experiences for web apps, admin tools, and consumer apps.
• Simplify complex financial workflows without sacrificing depth.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear designs.
• Produce low‑fidelity concepts to explore opportunities.
• Create prototypes for alignment, research, and handoff.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to turn findings into improvements.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers throughout development.
• Use AI‑enabled tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
• Protect customer and company data by following privacy standards.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of incremental improvements.
• Contribute to and evolve Corpay’s UX Design System.
• Collaborate with developers to keep design system components aligned.
• Design responsive experiences across devices and user types.
• Balance speed with usability and accessibility.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and adapt quickly to new evidence.
• Take on additional high‑impact design challenges as the product evolves.
