OnePay is redefining how design and engineering collaborate to bring products to millions of users. We’re seeking a Design Engineer who will generate production-ready components, using AI coding tools to accelerate velocity, and shape the next generation of design-to-code workflows.

You’ll work across design and engineering, translating design tokens into robust components, and ensuring pixel-perfect implementation while moving with speed and precision in a remote-friendly US environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native/React).
• Active use of AI coding tools at production velocity.
• Fluency in design tokens and how design systems map to code.
• Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
• Strong communication across both disciplines.
• Track record operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.

Responsibilities

• Define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay and generate production-ready components.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate delivery and redefine handoff.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure smooth integration of design systems.
• Push the team beyond traditional specs and improve end-to-end implementation.
• Maintain attention to detail to avoid production drift and ensure pixel-accurate mappings.
