Job summary

Evlo AI is building core digital products and seeks a designer to own the end-to-end design process, translating complex user needs into intuitive interfaces. You will work with product managers and engineers to shape how products look, feel, and function for hundreds of thousands of daily users.

You will design wireframes, conduct user research, maintain the design system, and collaborate across teams to ensure polished, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; strong sense of layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating feedback into product improvements.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and developer handoff. Bonus: enterprise SaaS dashboard design or open-source design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, flows, low- and high-fidelity UI screens in Figma.
• Plan and conduct user research sessions and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and contribute to a unified design system for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers during sprints to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on product vision and user journeys.
• Track post-launch metrics and iterate on experiences based on user feedback.

The role owns the end-to-end design process for core digital products, translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces.

The product design team collaborates closely with product managers and software engineers to shape how products look, feel, and function for hundreds of thousands of active daily users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI screens using Figma
• Plan and conduct user research sessions, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate design decisions with real data
• Maintain, scale, and contribute to the unified design system to ensure visual and interactive consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with frontend engineers during implementation sprints to ensure design specs are executed accurately
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on product vision, feature scoping, and user journey mapping
• Track post-launch product metrics and user feedback to identify friction points and iterate continuously on existing experiences

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, backed by a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a deep understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design principles
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating qualitative feedback into actionable product improvements
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and technical constraints to ensure seamless developer handoff
• Bonus: Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS dashboards, contributing to open-source design systems, or holding a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
