Job summary

• 3-5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using v0 by Vercel or similar AI-assisted UI generation platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and business impact.
• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX efforts from discovery through implementation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Utilize v0 by Vercel and AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and front-end collaboration.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, heuristic evaluations, and feedback workshops.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and user-centered solutions.
• Design scalable experiences that align with established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences while balancing technical constraints.
• Create and maintain reusable design components and documentation.
• Present concepts and research findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Figma, experience leveraging v0 by Vercel and modern AI-assisted design workflows, and a strong background conducting usability testing, user research, and rapid prototyping.

Lead UX efforts from discovery through implementation.

Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

Utilize v0 by Vercel and AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and front-end collaboration.

Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, heuristic evaluations, and feedback workshops.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and user-centered solutions.
