Job summary

Axos Bank is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program in San Diego, CA. The UX Design Intern will support the Consumer UX Design team, assist in maintaining the design system, and participate in the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

The internship includes capstone projects, leadership sessions, financial literacy training, and a volunteer day, with two session dates and on-site opportunities.

Qualifications

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
