Amazon Ads Creative Experiences Design team is seeking a UX Manager to lead a design group responsible for ad creatives across formats, surfaces, and funnel stages. You will set the vision and partner with design technologists to ship production-quality prototypes that scale to advertisers worldwide.

This high-impact role focuses on AI-first creative experiences, building reusable patterns, mentoring designers, and aligning cross-functional partners (PM, Eng, Legal, Policy) to measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience.
• 5+ years of leading multi-discipline design teams.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience leading end-to-end experiences (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals).
• Experience designing for AI-powered or generative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of UX Designers who define how advertisers create, assemble, and optimize ad creatives across formats, surfaces, and funnel stages.
• Own end-to-end product design from concept to production - establish foundational design principles and interaction patterns, and collaborate with design technologists to prototype production-quality deliverables.
• Drive AI-first creative experiences - guide your team in designing generative AI workflows and define interaction patterns across the advertising experience.
• Set and defend the AX vision - define what every creative experience must address, build reusable frameworks and scalable patterns.
• Navigate ambiguity and exercise backbone - align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, gatekeep intake, and unify approaches when views differ.
• Build mechanisms for design quality - establish critique cadences, prototyping practices, and mentoring structures.
