Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a nearshore UX Content Writer to be responsible for creating user-friendly, accessible, and on-brand content for our mobile application and self-service native mobile app portal. You will work closely with product designers and product managers to ensure the apps interface is both clear and compelling, providing users with a seamless experience. You will create content for digital products that is readable, scannable, and considers all types of content needed in the flow to create microcopy and ensure clear usable insight with the right tone consistently. It is helpful to have a content first design mentality with users needs of the content driving the design. The ideal candidate will have experience creating action or task-oriented types of content to motivate users to complete a task such as checking out, filing a claim, reviewing their account, etc.
Rate offered for this role is $67.97/hour.
