Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Slitter Operator to set up and operate slitting lines and packing operations. You will follow safety rules, maintain records, troubleshoot, and participate in cost-reduction and quality initiatives on the shop floor.

Primary duties include reading gauges, performing measurements, and entering data into SAP. The role requires a proactive team player with good math skills and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read simple measurements, gauges, and meters.
• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production schedules and basic math; data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Record output results and materials usage; perform yardage checks.
