Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a Manufacturing Associate, Specialist (UV Print) to support our production line. You will inspect products, load/unload fixtures, and may operate machinery while adhering to all safety guidelines.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working flexible peak shifts. You will contribute to quality and efficiency, coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible with peak shift periods.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods per company guidelines and assist on the production line.
• Operate equipment and load/unload fixtures as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Identify productivity opportunities and report quality or equipment issues.
• Follow supervisor directions and work both independently and as a team.
• Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment and maintain quality checks.
