AHF Products seeks a Material Handler UV to ensure steady pallet supply to UV lines and accurate material issuance to manufacturing orders. You will stage materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Production Tech, Quality, and the production team to keep operations flowing.

Responsibilities include inspecting pallet jacks, locating and validating MO data, loading lines with pallets, and recording transactions daily.

Qualifications

• Able to read production schedules, manufacturing orders, labels and safety procedures.
• Material handling or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required before operating a forklift.

Responsabilités

• Keep UV lines supplied with correct pallets according to the production schedule.
• Notify Production Tech or Supervisor before material runs out.
• Perform pre-use pallet jack inspection at shift start and report defects.
• Locate MOs in staging area and verify MO/item/pallet numbers and labels.
• Stage pallets and load UV infeed lift platform using approved equipment.
• Scan production labels to consume material against the correct MO.
• Verify transactions and resolve discrepancies with the Production Tech or Supervisor.
• Complete shift log sheet and submit documents to Production Tech.
• Remove empty pallets and return stacks before shift end.
• Remove scrap boards to the recycle area when 50+ pieces accumulated.
• Follow traffic routes, forklift safety rules, PPE and stay 5 feet from moving equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and communicate material/status during handoff.
