AHF Products is seeking a UV Utility to support production data capture and safe operation of the UV in-feed robot. The role reports to the UV Production Supervisor and covers line startup, shutdown, changeovers, cleanup, and other tasks within trained authorization.

You will help maintain material flow, product quality, and efficient line operation throughout shifts. Responsibilities include recording production data, verifying MO and product specs, handling alarms, and assisting with changes

Competenze

• Ability to read and follow production schedules, MO information, and safety procedures.
• Manufacturing or automated equipment experience preferred.
• Complete required UV in-feed robot, robot safety, and HMI training before independent operation.

Mansioni

• Accurately record production output, downtime, scrap, MO information, and other line data.
• Verify quantities and report discrepancies; submit documentation at end of shift.
• Operate the UV in-feed robot and monitor movement, cycle performance, alarms, and material flow.
• Perform pre-startup checks of work area, HMI, alarms, and equipment readiness; verify safety devices.
