Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Material Handler C to efficiently move supplies to production lines and keep the lines clear of finished skids.

The role requires basic forklift familiarity, adherence to safety guidelines, and reliable attendance with flexibility for non-standard hours. Strong communication and basic math skills are expected to manage material orders and pallet handling.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Become familiar with film, chip and corrugated codes.
• Must show basic familiarity with truck operations.
• Be able to properly complete a pre-shift truck inspection, as well as complete P.M. checklist daily.
• Know the proper placement of all finished product.
• Basic math skills to accurately order material needed for change-overs.
• Weight scrap gaylords at the end of the shift or at any change-overs.
• Understands the difference between A, B, Peco and Chep pallets
• Follows established procedures including SOPs, cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.
