Requirements and Preferences
Work Schedule Monday - Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm); hybrid
Other Work/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Communications Specialist and program teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Create, edit, and manage content for periodicals, newsletters, websites, marketing materials, video scripts, and presentations.
- Assist in producing publications and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance engagement.
- Assist with website updates, content management, and basic web development tasks.
Minimum Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tool
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- The ideal candidate has a graphic design background with html and CSS understanding, is a creative thinker, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
