Work Schedule Monday - Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm); hybrid

Other Work/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Communications Specialist and program teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for periodicals, newsletters, websites, marketing materials, video scripts, and presentations.
  • Assist in producing publications and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Assist with website updates, content management, and basic web development tasks.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tool
