Job summary

Patina Group in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to join Patina Event Catering on a full-time basis. The role ensures cleanliness and safety across kitchen and serving areas, supporting exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
• Drive a company vehicle to and from events when needed
• loading and unloading truck(s)
• Grocery and will call pickups
• Offsite event breakdowns
• Distribute and organize resources at event stations

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Utility Worker to join our team at Patina Event Catering in Los Angeles, California. As a Utility Worker, the quality served up to guests starts with you, ensuring the health and safety of guests through exceptional standards of cleanliness, both in the kitchen and food and beverage serving equipment.

Pay

$23.00 - $23.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 70 lbs, placing items above and below head height
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift; occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
• Exposed to variable temperatures
