Job summary

Sierra Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a dishwasher to support our Food & Nutrition Services team. The role involves operating the dish machine, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining sanitary conditions across carts, storage, refrigerators, freezers and floors.

Under supervision, you will perform assigned cleaning duties and collaborate with staff from other departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment and areas including carts, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and floors.

Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Director, Supervisor, or Lead, the dishwasher performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties.
