Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, located in Northeast Florida, seeks a Kitchen Steward to support the Food & Beverage team. The role emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and reliable teamwork in a high-standard kitchen environment.

You will assist in event setups, banquet service, and routine sanitation, with training provided. Flexible schedule, varied shifts, and opportunities to contribute to a premier hospitality team are offered.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in training and learn procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish-station for safe operation and inform supervisor of problems.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties of kitchen, dish and cookware.
• Clean and sanitize food & beverage and kitchen equipment.
• Set up banquet tables, chairs and event equipment.
• Assist culinary leadership and perform tasks to support a top-quality kitchen.

• Perform tasks as requested by culinary leadership team.
• Perform other jobs that will assist in an efficient and top quality running kitchen as assigned by the Executive Chef or F&B Director.
