Purpose: The Utility Worker will be responsible for filling in for absenteeism and training of new associates and assuring that they as well as the assemblers follow quality, safety, and production standards. The Utility Worker must also assure that all applicable Lean Manufacturing and ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions are followed within their assigned area.

Responsibilities/Authority:

• Filling in for absenteeism in all assembly areas
• Support area improvement; 6S, Standard Work, ERGO improvements etc.
• Performing jobs in all areas of assembly or related departments.
• Training new associates as needed.
• Assisting and maintaining our new training program that will include Lean, ISO, and other programs.
• Taking all continuous improvement training and help implement in teams.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have no attendance warnings. Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime at moment's notice. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Not currently involved in disciplinary process. Willing to take any/all classes or training required.
